Entry is free and available to anyone who has attended the 2021 MedMeet Online event. To win any of the prizes listed below, participants need to meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Have registered for MedMeet and supplied their contact details;
- Have logged in to the MedMeet Event Portal and attended a session;
- Be an Australian resident aged over 18 years;
- Be a current medical student of an Australian University; and
- Have earned MedMeet Engagement points and achieved one of the four highest scores on the MedMeet Engagement Leaderboard at the
conclusion of the 2021 MedMeet Online Event (8:30pm AEST).
If at the conclusion of the MedMeet Online Event there are more than four attendees with the same number of engagement points at the top of the
leaderboard, four winners will be selected randomly in order of fourth prize, third prize, second prize and first prize and announced in the closing
session of MedMeet.
Eligibility criteria
Winners must be a current medical student of an Australian University, be contactable via phone or email, as well as accept all prize conditions. DPM Financial Services employees, contractors, partners and suppliers are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
To be eligible to win one of the MedMeet event prizes, participants must have:
- Registered for the 2021 MedMeet Online Event;
- Have logged in to the MedMeet Event Portal and completed Engagement goals to win points;
- Have achieved one of the fourth-highest points on the leaderboard at the conclusion of the MedMeet Event (8:30pm AEST);
- Provided their contact details; and
- Met all eligibility criteria listed above.
Maximum number of entries
Individuals can only enter the MedMeet Event Portal once and be eligible to win one of the four prizes.
Judging criteria
The winners will be decided by the MedMeet Engagement Leaderboard with the attendees that achieve the four highest scores at the conclusion of the event (8:30pm AEST) to be awarded the prizes in the order that follows (highest score = 1st prize, 2nd highest = 2nd prize, 3rd highest = 3rd prize, 4th highest = 4th prize). In the event that there are more than four attendees eligible to win any of the prizes (having achieved the same engagement score), each valid entry will be recorded into a report exported to an excel document with the winner for each prize randomly selected out of eligible potential prize winners. DPM Financial Services' decision will happen upon the satisfaction of the prize draw eligibility criteria. The chosen winner will be announced in the closing session and contacted the following morning to be asked a few questions (University attendance, contact details) to check upon the satisfaction of the prize draw eligibility. In the event where the winner does not match the competition eligibility criteria, the person who achieved the next highest score (or is randomly selected following the same process in instances where there is more than one attendee on the same number of engagement points). This is a game of skill but will involve game of chance elements if there is more than four attendees eligible for the prizes; DPM Financial Services' announced prize winners will be final and publicly announced in the MedMeet attendee follow up email as well as across DPM social media channels.

Notification of winners
Winners will be announced in the closing session of MedMeet 2021 (Wednesday 4 August 2021) and contacted via mobile or email on Thursday 5 August 2021. They will need to provide their respective contact details (first name, last name, email address, phone number, university, graduation year) to confirm their eligibility.
Prize delivery
Prizes will be sent via registered post or email. DPM will not take responsibility if postal address or email is incorrect. DPM reserves the right to request the winner sign any forms or documents that DPM deems necessary, to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim any prizes. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.
