Entry conditions & restrictions
No fee is required to join the prize draw.
Participants must have submitted a valid name, email address and mobile number.
Be an Australian resident aged over 18 years.
Be a registered attendee of The Perioperative SIG Meeting 2024.
One entry allowed per person. 

Eligibility criteria
Winners must be contactable via mobile and email, as well as accept all prize conditions. DPM Financial Services employees, contractors, partners and suppliers are not eligible to enter this prize draw.

Prize draw period
The prize draw will be live from 8:30am Friday 22 November through to 1pm Sunday 24 November 2024. No entries will be permitted after this time. 
The winner will be randomly selected and notified in writing via email or phone by 5pm Monday 25 November 2024. 
The name of the prize draw winner will be announced in a follow up email to all participants and listed at the bottom of this page from Tuesday 26 November -  26 December 2024.
The selected winner must respond to us confirming their details within two weeks of being notified of their win, otherwise an alternate winner will be selected. 

Prize delivery
The prize will be delivered via email/sms within two weeks of the winner being notified. They will need to confirm their respective contact details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number) to confirm their eligibility. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.

By entering the prize draw, you agree to receive further marketing communications from DPM (Doquile Perrett Meade). It is, however, possible to unsubscribe from within each communication received. The competition is run entirely at the discretion of DPM Financial Services and decisions of DPM on any rules, eligibility or other matter concerning the competition may be made by DPM at its absolute discretion and will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be randomly selected using an automated program with all eligible entrants having an equal chance of winning.
