Prize draw period
The monthly prize draw will be drawn on the 25th of each month. The monthly winner will be announced in the following month's newsletter. DPM will follow up with the winner within 5 days of the newsletter being published.
To be eligible to enter the draw, participants must have, during the competition period:
- Submitted an answer to the Monthly Poll accessible from the monthly DPM Newsletter, the Monthly Check Up;
- Have subscribed as a DPM Student Member;
- Provided their contact details; and
- Met all eligibility criteria listed above.
Maximum number of entries
Individuals are only permitted to complete the Monthly Poll questions once per month, therefore can only enter the prize draw one time each month. The monthly draw will only take into consideration unique entrants for each month.
Each Monthly Poll is considered a new competition period. Therefore individuals can re-enter each new competition period once and have the chance to win multiple $100 eftpos gift cards from different competition periods.
Judging criteria
Each valid entry will be recorded into a report exported from our marketing automation system. A DPM representative will randomly pick the monthly prize draw winner from the report on the 25th day of each month (unless the 25th falls on a public holiday). DPM Financial Services' decision will happen upon the satisfaction of the prize draw eligibility criteria. The chosen winner will be contacted and asked a few questions (University attendance, contact details) to check upon the satisfaction of the prize draw eligibility. In the event where the winner does not match the competition eligibility criteria, another person will randomly be picked following the same process. This is a game of chance; DPM Financial Services' random picks will be final and publicly announced in The Monthly Check Up the following month.

Prizes will be sent via post or email. DPM will not take responsibility if postal address or email is incorrect. DPM reserves the right to request the winner sign any forms or documents that DPM deems necessary, to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim any prizes. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.
